WHAT TO EXPECT
I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so we can briefly connect and see if we’re a good fit. You’re welcome to share what’s bringing you to therapy, ask questions about my approach, and get a feel for how I work.
There is no pressure to commit. The goal is simply clarity for both of us.
Individual sessions are $150 for 50 minutes.
Couples sessions are $175 for 50 minutes.
I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots. If cost is a concern, we can talk about what feels manageable during your consultation.

I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a monthly superbill if you would like to seek reimbursement through your PPO plan. Coverage varies, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider to ask about out-of-network mental health benefits.
If you have questions about how this works, I am happy to walk you through it.
I offer in-person sessions in Los Angeles, Mid City, and secure telehealth sessions for clients anywhere in California.
We can decide together which format feels like the best fit for you.
I work with adults, teens, and families navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, trauma, and family dynamics.
If you are unsure whether your concern fits neatly into a category, that is completely okay. We can talk through what is happening and determine the best path forward.

The No Surprises Act is a federal law that protects clients from unexpected medical bills. If you are not using insurance or are choosing not to use your insurance benefits, you have the right to receive a written estimate of the cost of your care.
This estimate is called a Good Faith Estimate. It outlines the expected cost of therapy services based on the information available at the time it is provided.
You have the right to:
• Request a Good Faith Estimate before starting services
• Receive the estimate in writing
• Dispute a bill if it is at least $400 higher than the estimate
If you would like a Good Faith Estimate, you can request one at any time before or during treatment.
