The Path That Shaped My Work
Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working in the creative arts. That experience taught me to listen closely, respect the power of story, and understand how our environments shape the way we see ourselves and others.

I later pursued graduate training in clinical psychology to ground that work in evidence-based practice. Today, my approach integrates careful listening, practical tools, and a steady, structured framework for growth.

My background in both creative work and clinical training allows me to support clients with empathy, clarity, and direction.

Clinical Training & Approach
My work is grounded in graduate training in clinical psychology and advanced study in trauma-informed and systems-based approaches.

Outside of Therapy
Outside of work, I spend time with family and friends, play with my dog, train for the Mud Run, see live theater, and make art. These parts of my life help me stay balanced and connected to what matters.

They also remind me that growth takes effort, patience, and a little humor. I try to bring that same steady, grounded energy into the therapy room.
